Vance will dissipate before it affects anyone directly. It is under far too much sheer to maintain strength and it is moving into cooler surface air and spending too much time over the same waters.

If you look at the satellite imagery, you can clearly see that Vance is finally disappating the energy of the nursery for storms that affect the Sea of Cortez basin.

I will update this entry ONLY if conditions change and Vance could threaten Baja.
