The Disperser was acquired in a state that requires a full refit of the vessel. The first voyages of the Disperser have thus been solely about moving the vessel to more suitable locations for completion of that work.

Given how severely I was taken advantage of in the United States of America because of my disabilities, I decided to come to Mexico to complete work on my vessel. In that time, I have taken three separate voyages: Stockton to Sausalito and on to Bodega Bay, Bodega Bay to San Diego, and San Diego to La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
