That's a dock. They make them here, or rather,
hire back an ex-employee to make them in
the back. They are very poorly made, wear
out easily, and do not hold anything in a
storm as exemplified by the sailboat still
in pieces across the bay from when Odile
struck in 2014.
But what is the dock doing floating upside
down here? I don't know. You tell me.
